“A piece of heaven, that's how my mum describes this place to everyone who asks her. The Airbnb was beyond perfect. Sandra is an amazing host, and that is reflected in her Airbnb as well. The space is incredibly well designed, the first moment you step inside you feel like entering a 5-star hotel and home at the same time. The view is immaculate, breakfast was pretty much provided (yoghurt, muesli, bread, milk and more in the fridge), there are books and a TV and of course a beautiful warm hot tub. For my mum and I, it was the perfect weekend away, we wish we could've stayed much longer. I cant recommend this beautiful place enough, it really is a hidden gem!.”

“An amazing little getaway. A lovely new unit with everything you need and definitely no distractions of city life.
The view is spectacular, but the best part is lying back in the spa pool on a clear night seeing the milky way in all it's glory. Absolutely stunning!.”

“This place is amazing! Clean, modern and peaceful. Sunrise over the hills and lake was sensational. And if you are into star gazing a clear night is a sight to behold.
The bush walk was a pretty cool little extra and a nice thing to do without leaving the property.
We had such a relaxing mini getaway and I can't see why anyone wouldn't love this for a special night away.”

Sandra has done an wonderful job in thinking of every little detail in a high spec fit out. Communication was excellent and the extra little touches will make you feel very looked after. The views were to die for and the bush walk was a great little sojourn.
Purpose built to capture sun and views, being very new and super clean, it had everything and more…and all was high quality. Highly recommended and we will be going back.”

“Had the loveliest stay here. It’s an amazing location and there’s nothing better than sitting in the spa enjoying the unobstructed view. The house is perfect - very comfy bed, tv, WiFi, bbq and well equipped kitchen, great shower - plus loved the handy usb plugs by the bed. It’s definitely a place to relax. Loved it so much!”

“Sandra’s Tui Suite retreat is nothing short of spectacular!!! My wife and I celebrated our 20 years of marriage here and wanted a place that had amazing views, had high quality everything for us to retreat, refresh and relax!!! And it was perfect for all of that!!! We enjoyed using the BBQ, the spa, the bean bag for relaxing and the weather was perfect. And did I mention the views!!! Also, the actual accommodation is awesome, comfortable big bed, beautiful fittings, fixtures, all the mod-cons!!! My wife and I have no hesitation recommending Sandra’s place.
Also, Sandra is an awesome host. So responsive - always answering big and small queries!!! In short, what are you waiting for :) Enjoy!”

“This place is amazing!!! Every detail is thought of and it’s the tidiest lifestyle farm I’ve ever visited! Perfectly manicured grounds and an outlook that would impress even the most discerning guests! We arrived in a bit of a panic after booking the place for a Featherstone wedding. We’re not familiar with the area but when we arrived we realised we were further away than anticipated from the venue. The host was very helpful and provided information on how we could get transport to and from, and as suggested by Sandra the local shuttle company was only too happy to accommodate our transport needs. So pleased I found the spot, love to come back one-day.”

“A fabulous & beautifully designed getaway that affords both privacy & breathtaking views over Lake Wairarapa. The hosts were charming & super helpful & the facilities first class. We saw some beautiful weather & also some of the worst but it didn’t really detract from the charm of this Lodge. Large, super-comfy bed looking straight out over the lake, gorgeous lights & great touches like soft dressing gowns, underfloor heating & an induction hob. Highly recommend this place & we’ll be back!”
